Want Some Free Venison Recipes That Cook Up Quickly?

In our home we eat a lot of venison. May we pass on some free venison recipes from our family to yours?

Ingredients:

1 lb ground venison
1 small onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can (soup can size)of milk
1 package dry onion soup
4 cups uncooked elbow noodles

Preparation:

Brown ground venison. Drain off any fat. Mix ingredients into venison. Cook noodles, then add.

Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven.

Venison Stoganoff

Ingredients:

1 lb ground venison
1 small onion
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Preparation:

Brown venison with onion. Add rest of ingredients. Before serving add one 4 oz container of sour cream.

Let simmer for 10 minutes after adding ingredients. Pour over cooked egg noodles.
