Lamb Heart Stew


2 lamb hearts
1 gallon of frozen, homegrown tomatoes
1 pint of frozen, diced, homegrown kale
1 pint of frozen, shredded, homegrown zucchini
1 sliced onion
Handful of baby carrots
Seasoning to taste


Boil lamb hearts until tender.

Boil, in another pot, the tomatoes, onion, kale, zucchini and carrots with seasonings.

When tomatoes have cooked down and hearts are tender, chop up hearts and add to vegetables.

Season more to taste.
