Serve Pork Cutlet Recipes Just Once and Your Man Will Be Hooked

Pork cutlet recipes to die for. . .

My sister-in-law loves to cook. When she served one of these easy pork chop recipes, I was hooked. I rarely ask anyone for a recipe, but this was an exception! One bite and you’ll see what I mean.

Apple & Sage Pork Cutlet

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork cutlets
1 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp thyme leaves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt

Procedure:

1. Mix the above ingredients together. Sprinkle both sides of pork cutlets with 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

2. Cook pork cutlets in 2 tablespoons hot olive oil until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Add 1 medium onion (thinly sliced); cook and stir for 3 minutes or until tender. Add 2 thinly sliced red apples; cook and stir 2 minutes.

3. Stir in 1/2 cup apple juice and 1 tablespoon brown sugar and remaining seasoned flour until well mixed. Return pork cutlets to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Wow!
