Crockpot Lasagna Recipe: A Cool Way To Cook A Hot Dish

It's here--a crockpot lasagna recipe!



When I first came across this recipe, I thought,”That sounds mushy.” But try this particular recipe. You may be in for a pleasant surprise. Crockpot recipes have become some of our family favorites because they're so easy to prepare. Of all the hundreds of lasagna recipes in the world, this particular crock-pot recipe may become a favorite in your family too.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef, preferably grassfed
1 onion, chopped
1 8 ounce package mini lasagna noodles
1 package pepperoni
1 jar Ragu original spaghetti sauce
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
10-ounce grated cheddar cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Procedure:

Cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain. Cook noodles until almost tender. Combine all ingredients into layers in crock pot, except for 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.

Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 2 hours.
