Serve Boneless Pork Chop Recipes from Pasture-Raised Pork--the Ultimate Pork Chops!

Boneless pork chop recipes...yummmmmm.

At our wedding rehearsal dinner I wanted something special. Pork chops without bones were not on the menu so I settled for regular pork chops. The chops were delicious. I still remember how large, how juicy, how appealing those chops were. (And that was over 30 years ago!)

Yet even those chops can't compare with the exquisite quality of boneless pork chops. To go the extra step and remove the bone from the chops calls for a more elegant recipe.

Boneless Pork Chops with Apples and Cream
